Although he is a Medical Surgeon by profession, he is a locally and internationally renowned businessman with business interests spread across Nigeria and the rest of the world.

Here in Nigeria, his chain of companies is into; Road construction, Housing development, Sand dredging & Stock pilling, Land reclamation & Canalization, Granite quarrying, Precious Metal trading, Oil & Gas. He runs a large-scale fishery, snail, quail, grasscutter, poultry and livestock farming and feed production. He also deals on the production and supply of electric poles, concrete pavements and he is as well prominent in the pharmaceutical industry. He also has a United States registered company, Charles De Great LLC.

Charles Chiadikaobi Chukwu is a philanthropist with youth empowerment, economic empowerment, medical missions and entrepreneurship development as his top areas of focus.
